Our newly constructed guest house is located directly behind the 8th green and features an updated modern décor with ample privacy and security. The Nelson Cabin features 8 bedrooms with queen size beds, 8 private ensuite bathrooms, 2 half-baths, a fully equipped first floor gourmet kitchen, and a second-floor kitchenette. Enjoy two large great rooms with high-definition portrait tv’s, and gas fireplaces to keep you warm and cozy. Entertain your guests on the 3-season screened in porch or enjoy a sunset over the golf course around the gas firepit. The Nelson Cabin features it’s very own private outdoor putting green, with a smaller indoor version located on the second floor. The Nelson Cabin is perfect for hosting corporate guests, out of town friends, or a family getaway that is sure to impress.

Originally utilized as the General Manager's residence the S.P. Jermain House was converted to guest housing in the mid 2000s. Located on Inverness Club property, you'll be steps away from the golf course. This beautiful historic 4-story brick home, consists of 5 bedrooms with queen size or 2 twin beds, 4 1/2 bathrooms, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen and multiple gathering places. Guests will enjoy the wealth of Inverness Club history found throughout the accommodations. This home features a finished basement that can be converted into additional sleeping space for larger groups.
